Graham Russell graduated from Bristol university in 1982 with a degree in Marine telecommunications. After leaving university Graham decided that catering and hopsitality was an industry he had always wanted to try. He began as a commis chef at the Tregenna Castle hotel, St Ives and moved through the industry all the way to Area manager, Development division for a large chain of UK restaurants. It was at this time Graham decided to move into training. He founded South London Training in 1999 and has grown the company over the years into the business it is today offering a wide variety in on-site training to the catering and hospitality industry.
